The Trust is working closely with Wycombe District Council to define a sustainable future for the existing museum at the Castle Hill site. It is currently a key partner with the museum supporting its events such as the new Community Heritage Project which will record the histories of local communities living in the area and reflecting its diverse make-up.

In keeping with the themes of understanding our past, celebrating our present and inspiring our future the Trust is working with a number of local heritage groups to create a Mills Heritage Trail. The identification and marking of the sites of the various mills along with providing walking trails around these sites will highlight the rich history of the mills and associated industries along the Wye which played a key part in the industrial revolution as well being as a major influence on the Wycombe area that exists today.

The Trust is also promoting the work of local Archaeology and Natural History Groups to promote these to all in the community, creating a portfolio of Heritage activities for all to be aware of, take part in and enjoy.
